Upper Body Power Session

Today’s session was created by Olly Foster – fitness pro and model. Its a killer! To be followed tomorrow by a lower body power session…

Bench Press 5 x 5 – 8 Reps / 100 – 130kg 90 sec Rest for all sets.
Deadlifts 5 x 5 – 8 Rep / 100 – 150kg.
Standing Military Press 5 x 5 – 8 Rep / 70 – 100kg .
Cleans 5 x 6 Rep / 80kg.
Incline Smith Press 4 x 6 rep / 130kg.
Pull Ups 4 x 6, 2 wide grip 2 hammer grip. Body Weight only 100kg.
Cable Flys s/s face pulls 3 x 8.
Db Bicep Curl s/s overhead Rope cable tricep ext 3 x 8.
