Low carb, no bake Protein bars

Fancied creating some protein bars that are low carb, high protein and have lots of lovely fats in.. This is what I came up with:

1/2 cup ground flax seed
2 tbsps almond flour
2 tbsps sesame seed
3 scoops protein powder (Chocolate)
3 tbsps Cocoa
1/8 tsp stevia powder or Honey
1/3 cup almond butter
2 tbsps coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
50g mixed raw nuts (crushed)

All mixed in a bowl then pressed into a small rectangular baking tray and refrigerated for a few hours. Not cooking them means the whey protein doesn’t denatures it (breaks it down so you get no protein from it)

Cut into 6 pieces and wrap to eat individually.
