Planning out my next 12 weeks worth of training to begin next week…
This will consist of a variety of different training methods from high rep sets, super sets, low rep heavy weight sets and dtp to name just a few – each week will e different, not the usual 4 weeks and change.
My diet will play a big role here as this will be altered periodically throughout.
The aim of this will be to increase strength, power and muscle mass whilst maintaining a low body fat and then ending on a 4 week cut – diet manipulation!
Can’t wait to start! The images from today’s shoot will be my starting point. After the 12 weeks we can compare and see!!!
