Protein pancakes for breakfast!

A massive pancake is always good – when it’s high in protein and only containing a small amount of low GI carbs it’s even better!!!

I added some omega 3’s too for some healthy fats which are of utmost importance for brain function as well as energy for everyone, not just people that train hard.

I added:

1cup (about 7) egg whites
1/4 cup vanilla casein powder (1 scoop)
1/4 cup porridge oats (1 scoop)
2 tspn ground flax

To a blender and whizzed it up.
I then added a teaspoon of coconut oil and then the ingredients to a non-stick pan on a medium heat.

Cook until golden, flip it and continue to cook until golden in the other side…

I then added sliced strawberries and blueberries as well as a dollop of raspberry yoghurt! Amazing!!!
