My sample weight gain diet

Thought I’d give a little idea of my current weight gain diet. It includes lots of protein as always, good healthy fats and a high amount of slow digesting carbs…

Breakfast:
Large bowl of gluten free porridge oats with 3 egg whites mixed in and sprinkled with Cinnamon
3 whole eggs scrambled
Coffee with RAW milk

Meal 2, 3, 4, & 5:
• A piece of protein the size of your palm (beef, chicken, fish, pork, turkey etc)
• Loads of green veg, half the plate (broccoli, asparagus, kale and spinach are my usuals but always include a seasonal veg too)
• 90g basmati rice/ 300g sweet potato/ 100g gluten free porridge oats
• 1/2 an Avocado/ 1 tblspn Almond butter

Pre workout:
Double espresso
Bcaa’s
Creating 5g

Post workout:
Whey
Waxy maize starch
Creating 5g

Before bed:
1 tub of fat free cottage cheese OR
Casein shake with a tspn of almond butter
