Week 1 Y3T chest and tri’s

Warmed up on the cross trainer for 5 minutes

Chest
Incline DB press
3x 10-12 warm up sets

Incline DB press
4x 8-10 working sets

Incline DB fly
3x 8-10

Machine chest press
3x 8-10

Triceps
Cable flat bar push down
3x 10-12 warm up sets

Cable flat bar push down
4x 8-10 working sets

Seated DB overhead extension
3x 8-10

Great first session back, super weak after a month out but getting a good pump on and filling my muscles with blood was great!

Cross trainer and stretches to cool off and got in my post workout supps ASAP.

Pre workout shake – Musclepharm Assault

Post shake – 2 scoops Total Protein, Acetyl L Carnitine, Wheatgrass, Creatine and some fresh pineapple for simple sugars
