Intense leg workout…

It all began with some leg curls…

2x warm up sets, 25-30 reps
1x working set, 10-12 reps

Leg extensions

2x warm up sets, 25-30 reps
1x working set, 10-12 reps

Then into the leg press for a weight pyramid set…

12 sets of 12 reps, increasing weight each time!!! If you haven’t failed keep going with sets of 12 until you can’t hit 12.

THEN 6 sets of barbel squats x 12 reps. Keeping the weight the same throughout. I used 40kg, first couple of reps in the first set were rather wobbly but Kelly legs took over. Sweating buckets I managed to hit 20 reps on my 6th set before my legs failed to hold my bodyweight haha

Try and walk after! If you can, you didn’t work hard enough…
