Circuits session for CV

Pre workout – x4 scoops of MyProtein Pulse v4, 1 scoop L Carnitine, 1 scoop D aspartic acid, 1/2 scoop of total peptide.

PHA (Peripheral Heart Action) Circuits followed by a strength and conditioning circuit.

BB Squat x15
BB Bench press x15
BB Row x15
BB military press x15
TRX Knee drives x15 each leg
x3, no rest time just keep going! Weight at maximum for your rep range.

Leg extension x20
Explosive press ups x20
Lat pull down x20
DB Lateral Raise x20
Z-bar curl x20
Z-bar Tricep overhead extension
Step ups x15 each leg
x3, no rest time just keep going! Weight at maximum for your rep range.

S&C circuit

Explosive seated DB shoulder press x12
BB Squat x15
Explosive press ups on BOSU’s (hands and feet off the floor) x12
Quick Box hops x15
Deadlifts/ plyometric jumps x10 each (2 deadlifts then 2 jumps and repeat until you’ve done 10 of each)
Explosive pull ups x8
x3-5, 45 sec rest time

Post workout shake: For goodness shakes 3:1 Recovery
