Chest Blast

Get ready and mentally focused before this workout as its a “dig deep” one.

Pre workout – 2 scoops Genetic Supps Sustain, 1 small scoop L Carnitine, 1 small scoop D Aspartic Acid.

Superset 1: Incline DB press and flat DB flys

Superset 2: Flat DB press from the hip and flat thumbs up flys

Superset 3: Incline DB flys and ultra wide press ups

Triset 4: Press ups, Flat DB Flys, and Flat DB press

Do each superset three times with 60 secs rest between sets and take 2-3 minutes rest between Supersets.

Post workout shake: 1 scoop Protein World Whey Isolate, 2 scoops Waxy maize starch, 1 small scoop of Creatine Mono.
