Pre morning CV supps and HIIT Training


Getting my Myprotein Exceed – powder form BCAA’s with Beta Alanine and Citrulline Malate. To help prevent muscle catabolism during exercise with an added vascular pump to aid blood flow to the muscles.

Around 20 mins HIIT sprints, 25m at 100% effort walking back to the start and repeat.

Make sure you have a good warm up if performing sprints with some dynamic stretches to help prevent injury.

Excited for my breakfast after!!!!
