I always incorporate squats into my workouts. They are extremely beneficial for the body because they target so many muscles. The bum and leg area are often problem areas for most women. Building up these muscles will not only look good but because they are the biggest muscles in the body they will also increase your metabolism.
I mix up front and back squats to target different areas. Front squats help you to focus on your core and put greater emphasis on your quads rather than your glutes and it’s easier on your lower back. With a back squat having the weight on your shoulders behind your neck forces you to bend forward so it works your lower back far more and recruits more hamstring than with a front squat.
