Well it’s 2015! I hope everyone has had fun overindulging over the party season, I certainly have, but in order to get back to my post chocolate devouring shape I have returned to eating healthily. After a few weeks of naughty nibbles it feels quite nice to bite into something that doesn’t leave me feeling bloated and sleepy afterwards. I’ve decided to cut out as much sugar as possible from my diet. This was my breakfast this morning and it’s a good example of a sugar-free, high fat and high protein breakfast so I don’t get ravenous and start craving mince pies by lunchtime. I fried some eggs in coconut oil and added some left over chorizo for some extra flavour. Then I added some spinach which is packed full of vitamins and is a great source of iron. I like to add some seasoning to make it even yummier…
