‘Tom Bradshaw Fitness’ was created in 2011 when I felt I needed to catalogue my training and nutrition routines after being asked on numerous occasions what I generally do. I spent hours talking to people in and out of the gym and I thought it was about time they had something they could go back and read over to make it easier to remember and follow.

After writing for a while and trying to decide my next step in life I decided it was about time I got qualified in the industry and became a Personal Trainer and a Nutritionist.

To this day, having moved around a lot and on to other things I still like to take the time to post in the hope it will help inspire at least one person a day… As my interests have progressed so has the sites content and recently I have gotten involved with a mens grooming brand as well as numerous supplement brands to bring you great deals and information.

The iconic brands of MyProtein, Bodybuilding Warehouse and The Protein Works will continue to feature along side my hints and tips for fitness. With a newly added fashion and grooming direction too. I hope you enjoy the content and if you do, please pass it on to others you think may also benefit from it.
